The U9 cricket season has been decimated by the weather this term and this was only the third match we have been able to play. It was really nice to see the players put into practise the skills that they have been taught in coaching sessions. The bowling was much tighter than it has been and they are really getting the hang of when to run and when to stay. At the end of the afternoon there were plenty of smiling faces on the Lockers Park team. A great afternoon of cricket – well done both schools.
