Each Year Mr Rees organises a day where there are no formal lessons, based on a theme. this year it was Army v Navy – our Sets (Houses) are all named after famous generals or admirals. Of course a huge amount of learning does take place, particularly teamwork. For all of the activities the boys are grouped into their Sets, which are split into two age bands. For some activities only one age group does it, but for others both age groups do the same activity. this really gets the boys co-operating across the year groups! Our Kitchen Staff also get involved – they lay on a fantastic buffet, often based on the theme of the day. All in all the boys had a fantastic day – very many thanks to Mr Rees for organising the event and all those Staff who helped by doing an activity.
