Our 150th Celebration project: Woodland Food Technology Suite
As part of our 150th celebrations we planned an extensive upgrade our extra-curricular provision, with the introduction of a Woodland Food Technology Suite. This amazing teaching resource will allow us to teach the boys how to cook and develop essential life skills.
The suite will feature an outdoor area for a pizza oven and barbecue to allow boarders more opportunity to dine outside whilst focusing on the qualities of independence and collaboration. This area will include areas for students to grow their own food to help them truly appreciate the origins of good food.
Looking Forward
Looking forward as we also reflect on the success of our 150th anniversary, we are continuing our investment Lockers Park. The Food Technology suite is now well into development and our climbing wall and golf simulator have been delivered.
We are now looking to the future and the next phase of investment in our wonderful school.

Draper Bursary
The Draper Bursary, created in honor of our first Headmaster Montague Draper, celebrates Lockers Park’s 150th anniversary by offering financial support to talented, deserving boys who would benefit most from a Lockers Park education but might not otherwise have the means. This bursary ensures boys can join at any age and prepares them for senior school by Year 9, continuing our tradition of academic excellence and dedication to individual growth.
Funded entirely by voluntary donations, the Draper Bursary supports our mission to remain purposefully small, allowing boys to thrive in a close-knit environment that values innovation, tradition, and positive change. Old Boys actively contribute to this legacy, inspiring new generations.
Every gift counts, and donations can be arranged through our Bursar. UK taxpayers may also boost their contributions through Gift Aid, adding 25p for every £1 donated. Your support will help keep the spirit of Lockers Park alive for the next 150 years.
