Each summer term, Steve Law, a County Chess player comes to Lockers Park to take on 16 boys at chess – all at the same time. Since Mr Law started coaching the Lockers Park team things have got much harder for him! This year he had some real opposition – Sam held him to a draw. Also mentioned in dispatches were Jerry, who played a blinder and Patrick, a regular on the Lockers Park team. Many thanks to Mr Law for his continued support.
